Land was purchased in the South Coast Region of the Caribbeans. The land did not have a regsitered title. The delay for receiving the registered title was along process and took over 8-9 months. Once the regsistered title was achieved, we workd with an architects both in the Uk and also the Caribbeans who helped with getting all the planning through to the right departments. The development consists of a four bedroom two storey house, the deisgn is an upside down house which will take in all the views to the sea and sorrounding countryside. The site is half an acre, and the surrounding land will have many fruit and and nut trees will be planted. The beach is just a 10 mintue drive from the house and just a five minute walk to the local supremarkets and local restaurants and markets. 

We hope to acquire addtional land so that we can build further villas for the local and overseas market place.
